Internships

If you're interested in exploring God's call in your life in relationship to church ministry, then Ethnos Internships is a great idea. Our internships go anywhere from 8-10 weeks, depending on your schedule and calendar. The positions are customized according to your passions and gifts, along with the church's current vision and ministry needs.

Internships include:
- assessment tests to determine areas of gifting, passion, and strengths.
- 10-15 hours of service
- participation in the normal life of Ethnos (community groups, prayer gatherings, Sunday gatherings) through the duration of the internship.
- participation in various leadership meetings of the church through the duration of the internship.
- book study on 1-2 books dealing with the mission of the church.
- personal mentoring.

Stipend
Our hope for every intern is to find a job in the community while doing the internship- it's part of learning to live the missional life. However, from time to time, finances are available. If you have financial needs, we will try to make things work out for you.

Internship Areas
Children and Youth: work with our diverse cross section of children and youth in the community.

Arts and Worship: Develop the artistic and musical life of Ethnos- worship, visual arts, graphic design, film, dance, etc.

Pastoral Training: discover and be trained in basic pastoral skills for the church.

Community Service: work with community organizations and city entities to bring holistic service and transformation.

International Services: work in various capacities with the international individuals and families in UTC.

Cultural Immersion: go deep with and serve in the various ethnic communities in our area.

College: develop our collegiate community.

Mexico Sister Church: engage and serve in our relationship with our sister church in TJ.
